Getting Started
Saturday, August 1, 2026 · 10am – 2pm · Bayview MLK Community Center
Our first Civic Engagement Workshop brought neighbors together to talk about what strong, informed, active participation in the civic process really looks like, and how anyone can start. Hosted with the City of San Diego and community partners.

WORKSHOP II
Going Deeper
Saturday, August 8, 2026 · 10am – 2pm · San Diego City College
Workshop II dug into the issues shaping daily life in San Diego: housing, jobs, health care, mass transit, and public safety, with tools and talking points attendees could put to use right away. Presented with more than 20 community partners.
